The power of the slow look…

As I experiment with visible thinking in the classroom, the importance of slowing down keeps cascading.

Writing prompts, now start with the ‘Look Twice’  routine. Look into the image, around, the sights the smells.

With looking and thinking, the words just seem to fly onto the page.
