When you’re having a bad week, it can be easy to get into a spiral of doom.
You miss your bus, the photocopier is broken, you’ve forgotten your lunch, your inbox is exploding, there is an overdue admin task ohh and you’ve got to write a newsletter before the end of the week.
On those weeks it can be hard to see the light.
To see the moments that matter.
And then you see on of your students does something and you think to yourself.
“Hey, I helped you learn that.”
“You’re now doing this all by yourself without an adult telling you to…”
Those are the moments when you truly realise what matters.
